Gluten free Banana Bread

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Grease a baking pan with oil or butter
  3. Mix the bananas with the eggs, using a (hand) blender, to a smooth batter
  4. Fold the remaining ingredients into the batter and bake in the oven until golden brown, for ± 20 minutes.
  5. Let the banana bread cool. Enjoy your meal!

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g gluten free oats
  • 20 g teff
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp speculoos spices
  • pinch of salt
  • vegetable oil or butter
