Uno Penotti Cookies


Fancy a baking day? We have the recipe for the easiest Penotti cookies EVER!

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (hot air).

2. First weigh out the Uno Penotti in a bowl, and put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Make sure the Uno Penotti is not completely melted and hot.

3. Add the flour and egg to the Uno Penotti and mix together with an electric hand mixer.

4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

5. Roll 9 to 10 balls of the batter and place them on the baking tray.

6. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and let them cool down completely before removing them from the baking tray.




  • 240g Uno Penotti Hazelnut Spread
  • 150g flour
  • 1 egg
  • iced sugar
