Duo Penotti Ice cream

Method

  1. Mix 30g yoghurt and 2 ripe bananas in a blender. Keep this part separate (white batter).
  2. Mix 30g yoghurt, 2 ripe bananas and 2 tablespoons of Duo Penotti hazelnut & vanilla in a blender. Keep this part separate (brown batter).
  3. Pour a layer of the brown batter into an ice cream mould, followed by a layer of the white batter. Repeat this a few times until your mould is filled.
  4. Place the filled ice cream moulds in the freezer.
  5. Wait a few hours and enjoy!

  • 60g yoghurt
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp Duo Penotti
