Mini tarts with Duo Penotti & Pear

Method

  1. Make (or buy and follow the instructions on the packet ;-)), your favourite mini tarts
  2. Spread a double layer of Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla Spread in each cake
  3. Cut a pear into small cubes
  4. Sprinkle the pear cubes with lemon, cinnamon and brown sugar
  5. Fill the cakes with the fruit
  6. Place in a preheated oven (100°C) for 10 to 15 minutes
  7. And have fun…

  • 1 pear
  • Mini cakes
  • Lemon juice
  • Cinnamon
  • Caster sugar
