Hazelnut & Vanilla French Toast Rolls


A simple yet delicious recipe for you!

  1. Cut the edges of each slice of bread
  2. Use a rolling pin to roll the bread flat
  3. Spread each slice of bread with Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla Spread
  4. Spread some berries at the end of each slice of bread
  5. Roll up each slice of bread (the Duo Penotti Spread will keep them sealed)
  6. In a pan, melt some butter over medium-high heat
  7. Beat the eggs and milk together, and place each roll in the mixture, making sure all the surface is covered
  8. Cook a minute on each side, until they are light brown
  9. Serve with some extra berries and why not, some extra Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla Spread or maple syrup


  • 1/2 cup of Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla Spread
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Strawberries to taste
  • Blueberries to taste
