Duo Penotti Pancakes

Method

Hot golden pancakes are the perfect vehicle for our chocolate spreads. Only a 5 min prep and with ingredients you are guaranteed to have at home, these will become a family favourite

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and a pinch of salt
  2. Break the eggs, add together with the oil and mix until smooth
  3. Gently pour in the milk and mix until smooth
  4. Heat butter in a frying pan, put a thin layer of batter in the pan and turn the pan around so that the batter runs evenly over the bottom
  5. Let the pancake bake for 3 minutes, until the bottom is coloured
  6. Using a spatula, invert the pancake and brown in 1 minute
  7. Spread the pancake with Uno Penotti or Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla spread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbs oil
  • pinch of salt
  • Duo Penotti or Uno Penotti Hazelnut Spread (as a topping)
